What does By The Way Ministries offer?

Consultations with Youth Ministry Committees, Teams or Church Councils: We will meet with your team to help you vision youth ministry in your own setting. Then, we'll help you create a plan to specifically fit your congregations needs in developing a viable, Christ-centered youth ministry.
Targeted One-Day Seminars for Congregations or Groups of Congregations: We offer training in faith formation, event management, curriculum development, team building and youth and family ministry theory and practice.
Weekend Retreats: Looking to take your youth ministry team, volunteers, or even parents away for a weekend retreat. We'll help you plan and lead the retreat, offering curriculum, worship leadership, music leadership and technology.
Customized Retreat Writing: Have an idea for a retreat for your youth, but don't know where to begin, or just don't have the time. Give us the details and well design the retreat for you. Then we'll brief you on implementation before you and your team go to carry it out.
Christian Musicals: Bennett has written the score for and produced two Christian musicals. One based on the life of David, called "You Are The Man," and one based on the parable of the Prodigal Son, called the "Prodi-Gal." Musical scores, lyrics and texts are available for purchase, with all proceeds going to benefit youth ministry.
Keynote Speaking: Need a keynote speaker for your event or retreat with youth or youth workers? Give us the theme and texts for the event and we'll provide you with professional leadership.

Our team also has years of experience leading youth workers tracks at large synodical and regional youth events. If you have a cluster of congregations gathering for a youth ministry event, don't overlook the youth leaders. We'll help design and implement training for your youth leaders, while the youth are involved in their weekend activities. Plus, we'll even come and run your adult training for you!
